This policy explains how Elysium Guide (elysiumcare.io) handles personal data. Elysium Guide is an editorial information platform: it does not process individual health records.
Data controller
The data controller is MEDS-LINK Ltd, registration number HE379510, with its registered office at Agias Zonis 30A, Fantaros Court, 3rd floor, office 302, 3027 Limassol, Cyprus. Elysium Guide is published by Elysium MedTech, the Digital Solutions & AI department of MEDS-LINK Ltd. For data protection matters, contact us at contact@meds-link.com.
What we collect
Browsing this site does not require an account and does not involve advertising trackers. Our hosting infrastructure processes technical data (such as IP addresses in server logs) strictly for security and delivery of the service, on the basis of legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
If you contact us through a form or by email, we process the information you provide (name, email address, message) solely to answer your request, on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Contact requests are kept for a maximum of one year.
Partner access requests that are rejected, withdrawn or revoked are kept for a maximum of 12 months from the date of the status change. At the end of that period, the identifying data in the request is deleted or anonymised.
What we do not do
We do not sell personal data. We do not use advertising cookies. We do not process individual patient health data on this site: clinical follow-up is handled by the separate, HDS-certified Elysium Care platform (elysiumcare.ai), which has its own privacy policy.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your personal data, and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest. To exercise these rights, use our data protection contact at contact@meds-link.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus.
Processors and hosting
The site is served by our hosting provider under a data processing agreement. Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, standard contractual clauses apply.
